Charmy helps you track renewals, forgotten subscriptions, and yearly spending without linking your bank account. You only track what you choose to enter.

No bank linking

Charmy does not require you to connect a bank account. Charmy does not use Plaid, does not scrape card transactions, and does not monitor your bank activity.

Subscription data you choose to enter

Charmy is a manual subscription tracker. Stored data may include subscription names, prices, currencies, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, notes, cancellation URLs, cancellation status, and price history.

Account information

Login is handled through Supabase Auth. Supabase may store account information such as your email address and authentication records so you can access your Charmy account.

Payments through Stripe

Payments for Charmy Lifetime are handled by Stripe Checkout. Charmy does not collect or store your full card details.

Emails through Resend

Charmy may send account or renewal reminder emails through Resend. Reminder emails are based on the subscription information and reminder settings you provide.

Deleting your data

You can delete your subscription records from the app. You can also request account deletion by contacting support@charmy.net. Some payment, security, or admin records may need to be retained where required for service operation, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal reasons.
